Magnolia Real Estate specializes in helping homeowners sell their homes and assisting homebuyers in securing their dream properties. Under Dalton's leadership, Magnolia Real Estate has grown from a one-person operation to a dynamic team of 10, serving clients across Florida and closing more than $100 million in real estate transactions.
Meanwhile, Magnolia Management Firm focuses on residential property management, handling everything from single-family homes to multi-family apartment complexes. The firm now manages over $30 million in assets annually and provides reliable and effective property management services.
Dalton is dedicated to both companies' ongoing success and growth, always striving to expand his knowledge and expertise. He is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law to further advance his education and drive the continued growth and success of his companies, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
