Karrell was born in Canada and later moved to Greater Tampa Bay where she met her husband Dale. They have two talented daughters: Sophie and Olivia. As a family, they spend their time buying and renovating homes. They have restored numerous homes, and in each home, they focus on the details to make sure the home they pass along to its new owners is in immaculate shape. This experience helps Karrell understand the renovation process better than most agents do.
