Dalton was born and raised on a farm in a small town of 250 people in Missouri. This rural upbringing instilled the value of integrity & hard work in him. Dalton had the privilege of leaving small town USA to pursue his dream of playing football at three different NCAA institutions, which ultimately brought him to Florida. As an athlete Dalton learned how to work as a team, fight through adversity, and commitment to a common goal.
Dalton graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. He founded The Magnolia Group in 2018 as a brokerage that would challenge the status quo and reshape the perception of the real estate industry. The Magnolia Group immediately founding a niche in selling homes other brokerages could not sell. Dalton implemented a plan to craft a digital marketing strategy tailored specifically to each and every home we sell.
The home selling system designed by Dalton has helped Magnolia sell hundreds of millions in real estate and helped Magnolia become one of Florida's top brokerages. The learning never stops for Dalton, as he is actively pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree.
